﴿وَلَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۚ وَلَدَيۡنَا كِتَٰبٞ يَنطِقُ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ ﴾
[المؤمنُون: 62]
﴿ولا نكلف نفسا إلا وسعها ولدينا كتاب ينطق بالحق وهم لا يظلمون﴾ [المؤمنُون: 62]
| Dr Kamal Omar And We burden not a Nafs except according to her capacity. And with Us is a Record which speaks with truth. And they: they will not be wronged |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And We place not a burden on any soul but to its capacity. And from Us is a Book that speaks The Truth for itself. And they will not be wronged |
| Dr Munir Munshey We do not burden anyone over and above his ability to bear. We have the book that declares everything truthfully. They shall not be wronged |
| Edward Henry Palmer But we will not oblige a soul beyond its capacity; for with us is a book that utters the truth, and they shall not be wronged |
| Farook Malik We charge no soul with more than it can bear; We have a Book of record which shall clearly tell the truth, and they shall not be treated unjustly |

| Maududi We do not lay a burden on anyone beyond his capacity. We have a Book with Us that speaks the truth (about everyone); and they shall in no wise be wronged |
