﴿فَإِن لَّمۡ تَجِدُواْ فِيهَآ أَحَدٗا فَلَا تَدۡخُلُوهَا حَتَّىٰ يُؤۡذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ وَإِن قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱرۡجِعُواْ فَٱرۡجِعُواْۖ هُوَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ عَلِيمٞ ﴾
[النور: 28]
﴿فإن لم تجدوا فيها أحدا فلا تدخلوها حتى يؤذن لكم وإن قيل﴾ [النور: 28]
| Dr Kamal Omar And if you do not find therein anyone, then do not enter it until the permission is granted for you. And if it is said to you: 'Go back’. Then you go back. That is more desirable of you. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And if you find not in it anyone, then, enter them not until permission be given to you. And if it was said to you: Return, then, return. It is purer for you. And God is Knowing of what you do |
