﴿وَيَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلرَّسُولِ وَأَطَعۡنَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَۚ وَمَآ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ﴾
[النور: 47]
﴿ويقولون آمنا بالله وبالرسول وأطعنا ثم يتولى فريق منهم من بعد ذلك﴾ [النور: 47]
| Dr Kamal Omar And people say: “We have Believed in Allah and in the Messenger and we have obeyed.” Then a group of them turns away thereafter. And they are not with the Believers |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And they say: We believed in God and the Messenger, and we obeyed. Again, a group of people among them turn away after this. And those are not of the ones who believe |
| Dr Munir Munshey They (unbelievers) say, "We believe in Allah and His Messenger and we obey." But after that, some of them turn away. Those are not the believers |
