﴿وَلَا يَأۡتُونَكَ بِمَثَلٍ إِلَّا جِئۡنَٰكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَحۡسَنَ تَفۡسِيرًا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 33]
﴿ولا يأتونك بمثل إلا جئناك بالحق وأحسن تفسيرا﴾ [الفُرقَان: 33]
| Dr Kamal Omar And they do not confront you with a matter but We came to you with Truth and Ahsan-o-Tafseeran [‘A better commentary’ or ‘A better understanding’ (available within the Text of this Al-Kitab] |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And they bring thee no parable. We brought about The Truth to thee and fairer exposition |
| Dr Munir Munshey We responded to every objection they threw at you. We brought you the truth and the most excellent explanations |
| Edward Henry Palmer Nor shall they come to thee with a parable without our bringing thee the truth and the best interpretation |
| Farook Malik The other reason for this method is that any time they come to you with an argument, We reveal to you the Truth and properly explain it |

| Maududi And (there is another wisdom in this: whenever they brought to you an odd thing (or a strange question), We sent its right answer to you in time and explained it all in the best manner |
