﴿وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ إِفۡكٌ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُ وَأَعَانَهُۥ عَلَيۡهِ قَوۡمٌ ءَاخَرُونَۖ فَقَدۡ جَآءُو ظُلۡمٗا وَزُورٗا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 4]
﴿وقال الذين كفروا إن هذا إلا إفك افتراه وأعانه عليه قوم آخرون﴾ [الفُرقَان: 4]
| Dr Kamal Omar And said those who have disbelieved: “This Al-Kitab is not but a lie that he has forged and a nation of others have helped him at it.” So definitely, they have approached in transgression and a state of falsehood |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And those who were ungrateful said: This is nothing but a calumny he devised and other folk assisted him. So, surely, they brought about injustice and untruth |
| Dr Munir Munshey The unbelievers say, "It is nothing but a lie that he has invented, and other folks have helped him with it." They have really brought about an unjust and false testimony |
| Edward Henry Palmer And those who misbelieve say, 'This is nothing but a lie which he has forged, and another people hath helped him at it;' but they have wrought an injustice and a falsehood |
| Farook Malik Those who deny the Truth say: "This Al-Furqan (The Qur'an) is but a forgery which he (Muhammad) himself has devised and some other people have helped him." Unjust is what they do and falsehood is what they utter |
