﴿أَمۡ تَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ يَسۡمَعُونَ أَوۡ يَعۡقِلُونَۚ إِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا كَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ بَلۡ هُمۡ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 44]
﴿أم تحسب أن أكثرهم يسمعون أو يعقلون إن هم إلا كالأنعام بل﴾ [الفُرقَان: 44]
| Dr Kamal Omar Or do you think that the majority of them do hear or understand? They are not but like cattle, Nay! They are farther away from the (Right) Path |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Or assume thou that most of them hear or are reasonable? They are not but as flocks. Nay! They are ones who go astray from a way |
| Dr Munir Munshey Do you think most of them listen, or ponder? They are like animals! Nothing more! In fact, they are (worse; they are) more astray from the right path |
| Edward Henry Palmer or dost thou reckon that most of them will hear or understand? they are only like the cattle, nay, they err more from the way |
