﴿قَالَ لِلۡمَلَإِ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٞ ﴾
[الشعراء: 34]
﴿قال للملإ حوله إن هذا لساحر عليم﴾ [الشعراء: 34]
| Dr Kamal Omar (Firaun) said to the chiefs around him: “Verily, this (is) indeed a well-versed magician |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar He said to the Council around him: Truly, this is one who is a knowing sorcerer |
| Dr Munir Munshey The pharaoh addressed his courtiers saying, "He is surely a skilled magician |
| Edward Henry Palmer He said to the chiefs around him, 'Verily, this is a knowing sorcerer |
| Farook Malik After witnessing both the miracles, Pharoah (Pharaoh) said to the chiefs around him: "This fellow is certainly a skilled magician |
| George Sale Pharahoh said unto the princes who were about him, verily this man is a skilful magician |
| Maududi Pharaoh said to the nobles around him: "Surely this man is a skilled magician |
