﴿فَقَدۡ كَذَّبُواْ فَسَيَأۡتِيهِمۡ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُاْ مَا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 6]
﴿فقد كذبوا فسيأتيهم أنباء ما كانوا به يستهزئون﴾ [الشعراء: 6]
Dr Kamal Omar So indeed they have denied. So, very soon shall come the news of what they mock (at) |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Surely, they denied it. So soon the tiding will approach them about what they had been ridiculing |
Dr Munir Munshey They have now already rejected it (the Qur´an) and have made fun of it. But very soon the reality (and the effect) of their mockery will dawn upon them |
Edward Henry Palmer They have called (thee) liar! but there shall come to them a message of that at which they mocked |
Farook Malik But now that they have neglected the warning, they will soon come to know the reality of what they have been mocking at |
George Sale and they have charged it with falsehood: But a message shall come unto them, which they shall not laugh to scorn |
