﴿قَالُواْ نَحۡنُ أُوْلُواْ قُوَّةٖ وَأُوْلُواْ بَأۡسٖ شَدِيدٖ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ إِلَيۡكِ فَٱنظُرِي مَاذَا تَأۡمُرِينَ ﴾
[النَّمل: 33]
﴿قالوا نحن أولو قوة وأولو بأس شديد والأمر إليك فانظري ماذا تأمرين﴾ [النَّمل: 33]
| Dr Kamal Omar They said: “We are possessors of (great) might and possessors of (capacity for) intense war, but the decision lies with you; so think over what is that which you will command.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar They said: We are imbued with strength and vigorous might, but the command is for thee. So look on what thou wilt command |
| Dr Munir Munshey They said, "We, as a nation, possess great strength and courage. But the decision is yours. Consider the situation and decide what you must |
| Edward Henry Palmer They said, 'We are endowed with strength, and endowed with keen violence; but the bidding is thine, see then what it is that thou wilt bid |
