﴿فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِنۡ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ لَوۡلَآ أُوتِيَ مِثۡلَ مَآ أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰٓۚ أَوَلَمۡ يَكۡفُرُواْ بِمَآ أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ مِن قَبۡلُۖ قَالُواْ سِحۡرَانِ تَظَٰهَرَا وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا بِكُلّٖ كَٰفِرُونَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 48]
﴿فلما جاءهم الحق من عندنا قالوا لولا أوتي مثل ما أوتي موسى﴾ [القَصَص: 48]
| Dr Kamal Omar But when Al-Haqq has come to them from Us, they said: “Why he has not been delivered the like of what was delivered to Musa?” Did they not disbelieve in that which was given to Musa before? They said: “Two magics, each helping the other.” And they said: “Verily, we are disbelievers to all (this).” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar But when The Truth drew near them from Us they said: Why was he not given the like of what was given to Moses? They are ones who are ungrateful for what was given to Moses before. They said: Two kinds of sorcery, each helped one against the other. And they said: Truly, we disbelieve in all of it |

Have they not likewise rejected the revelation which was heretofore given unto Moses? They say, two cunning impostures have mutually assisted one another: And they say, verily we reject them both |
