﴿وَرَبُّكَ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيَخۡتَارُۗ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 68]
﴿وربك يخلق ما يشاء ويختار ما كان لهم الخيرة سبحان الله وتعالى﴾ [القَصَص: 68]
| Dr Kamal Omar And your Nourisher-Sustainer creates what He thinks proper and chooses (whom He wills). It is not to them to choose. Glorified be Allah and He became Exalted over that which they associate as partners (to His Dominion) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And thy Lord creates whatever He wills and chooses. Not for them had there been a choice. Glory be to God and exalted is He above partners they ascribe |
