﴿أَمۡ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ أَن يَسۡبِقُونَاۚ سَآءَ مَا يَحۡكُمُونَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 4]
﴿أم حسب الذين يعملون السيئات أن يسبقونا ساء ما يحكمون﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 4]
| Dr Kamal Omar Have those who commit evil deeds assessed that they will outstrip Us (i.e., escape Our Punishment)? Evil became that which they decide as a verdict |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Or assumed those who do evil deeds that they will out do Us? How evil is that about which they give judgment |
| Dr Munir Munshey Do those indulging in vile deeds assume that they are getting the better of Us? Utterly false is what they decide |
