﴿أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تَدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَعۡلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ جَٰهَدُواْ مِنكُمۡ وَيَعۡلَمَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 142]
﴿أم حسبتم أن تدخلوا الجنة ولما يعلم الله الذين جاهدوا منكم ويعلم﴾ [آل عِمران: 142]
| Dr Kamal Omar Have you assessed that you will enter Paradise: and as yet Allah knew not those amongst you who fought strenuously (in His way); and that He may know the patiently perseverants |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Or assumed you that you would enter the Garden while God knows not those who struggled among you and knows the ones who remain steadfast |
