﴿سَنُلۡقِي فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلرُّعۡبَ بِمَآ أَشۡرَكُواْ بِٱللَّهِ مَا لَمۡ يُنَزِّلۡ بِهِۦ سُلۡطَٰنٗاۖ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُۖ وَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 151]
﴿سنلقي في قلوب الذين كفروا الرعب بما أشركوا بالله ما لم ينـزل﴾ [آل عِمران: 151]
| Dr Kamal Omar Soon shall We cast into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, terror, because they associated partners with Allah — that for which He has not sent credential. And their abode is the Fire and evil is the abode of the wrong-doers |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar We will cast into the hearts of those who were ungrateful, alarm, because they ascribed partners with God. And He sends not down for it authority. And their place of shelter will be the fire. And miserable will be the place of lodging of the ones who are unjust |
| Dr Munir Munshey (Soon), We will cast panic (and dismay) in the hearts of the unbelievers. (This is) because they associate partners with Allah, for which He has sent down no authority! Fire shall be their lodging! Evil is the abode of the evil doers |

| Maududi We will cast terror into the hearts of those who have denied the Truth since they have associated others with Allah in His divinity - something for which He has sent down no sanction. The Fire is their abode; how bad the resting place of the wrong-doers will be |
