﴿وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِۦ ثُمَّ أَعۡرَضَ عَنۡهَآۚ إِنَّا مِنَ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ ﴾
[السَّجدة: 22]
﴿ومن أظلم ممن ذكر بآيات ربه ثم أعرض عنها إنا من المجرمين﴾ [السَّجدة: 22]
Dr Kamal Omar And who is more unjust than he who is reminded (and admonished) through the Ayaat of his Nourisher-Sustainer, then he turned aside therefrom? Verily, We are those who take retribution from the criminals |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And who does greater wrong than he who was reminded of the signs of His Lord, then, he turned aside from them? Truly, on the ones who sin, We are ones who requite |
Dr Munir Munshey Who could be more unjust than the one who ignores the signs of his Lord, even though they are being pointed out to him. We are certainly going to exact a revenge from such criminals |
Edward Henry Palmer Who is more unjust than he who is reminded of the signs of his Lord, and then turns away from them? Verily, we will take vengeance on the sinners |

Maududi And who is more unjust than he who is given good counsel through the Signs of his Lord and yet he turns away from them? Surely We will exact full retribution from such criminals |
