﴿إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَنَكۡتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُواْ وَءَاثَٰرَهُمۡۚ وَكُلَّ شَيۡءٍ أَحۡصَيۡنَٰهُ فِيٓ إِمَامٖ مُّبِينٖ ﴾
[يسٓ: 12]
﴿إنا نحن نحيي الموتى ونكتب ما قدموا وآثارهم وكل شيء أحصيناه في﴾ [يسٓ: 12]
| Dr Kamal Omar Verily We, We, We give life to the dead ones, and We record what they sent in advance as well as their after-effects (which they will leave in the world after death). And all things — We have enumerated them (like a census) in a manifest record |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Truly, We give life to the dead and We write down what they put forward and their effects. We counted everything in a clear record |
| Dr Munir Munshey Of course, it is We Who grants life back to the dead. We are recording all the deeds they send ahead, as well as all the traces they leave behind! We have preserved an account of all things in a clear and well-protected register |
