﴿فَأَهۡلَكۡنَآ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُم بَطۡشٗا وَمَضَىٰ مَثَلُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ ﴾
[الزُّخرُف: 8]
﴿فأهلكنا أشد منهم بطشا ومضى مثل الأولين﴾ [الزُّخرُف: 8]
| Dr Kamal Omar So We destroyed groups stronger than them in power, and the example of the initial people has already been put forward (in the previous pages of this Book) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Then, We caused to perish the more vigorous in courage than them and the example of the ancient ones passed |
| Dr Munir Munshey So We destroyed (those nations); they were stronger and more powerful than these present day unbelievers. The examples of the earlier generations have gone by |
