A night in which every affair proceeding from Him, the Absolute source

﴿فِيهَا يُفۡرَقُ كُلُّ أَمۡرٍ حَكِيمٍ ﴾
[الدُّخان: 4]

A night in which every affair proceeding from Him, the Absolute source of wisdom, is disposed of in the manner imparting knowledge, wisdom and spiritual light and displaying Allah's Omnipotence and Authority

﴿فيها يفرق كل أمر حكيم﴾ [الدُّخان: 4]
