﴿وَتَرَىٰ كُلَّ أُمَّةٖ جَاثِيَةٗۚ كُلُّ أُمَّةٖ تُدۡعَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ كِتَٰبِهَا ٱلۡيَوۡمَ تُجۡزَوۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ﴾
[الجاثِية: 28]
﴿وترى كل أمة جاثية كل أمة تدعى إلى كتابها اليوم تجزون ما﴾ [الجاثِية: 28]
| Dr Kamal Omar And you will watch every community kneeling (on their knees). Every community will be called to its record. This Day you will be recompensed what you used to do |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Thou wilt see each community one who crawls on its knees. Each community will be called to its book: This Day you will be given recompense for what you had been doing |
| Dr Munir Munshey (That day) you would see (the people of) every nation humbled and dropped on their knees. Each of them will be summoned to (look at) his book of deeds. (They would be told), "Today, you will face the results and consequences of what you used to do |

| Maududi On that Day you shall see every people fallen on their knees. Every people will be summoned to come forth and see its Record and will be told: "Today you shall be requited for your deeds |
