﴿قَالَ رَجُلَانِ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنۡعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمَا ٱدۡخُلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡبَابَ فَإِذَا دَخَلۡتُمُوهُ فَإِنَّكُمۡ غَٰلِبُونَۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَتَوَكَّلُوٓاْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 23]
﴿قال رجلان من الذين يخافون أنعم الله عليهما ادخلوا عليهم الباب فإذا﴾ [المَائدة: 23]
| Dr Kamal Omar Said the two men out of those who have regard (of Allah and) Allah had bestowed His reward on these two (this could be Musa and Harun): “Enter on them through the gate, for when you have entered it, then surely you are those who have the upperhand (Ghalibun). And in Allah you must put (your) trust provided you had been Believers.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Two men to whom God was gracious said among those who fear to disobey: Enter on them through the door! And when you entered it, you will, certainly, be ones who are victors. And put your trust in God if you had been ones who believe |

| Maududi Two from among these who were frightened but upon whom Allah had bes-towed His favour said: ´Enter upon them through the gate - for if you do enter - you will be the victors. And put your trust in Allah if indeed you are men of faith.´ |
