﴿وَلَقَدِ ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِٱلَّذِينَ سَخِرُواْ مِنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 10]
﴿ولقد استهزئ برسل من قبلك فحاق بالذين سخروا منهم ما كانوا به﴾ [الأنعَام: 10]
| Dr Kamal Omar And indeed mockery was committed with the Messengers before you, so covered those, who scoffed amongst them, the very thing with which they had been indulging in ridicule |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And, certainly, Messengers were ridiculed before thee. So those who derided them were surrounded by what they had been ridiculing |
