﴿مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ ﴾
[القَلَم: 12]
﴿مناع للخير معتد أثيم﴾ [القَلَم: 12]
| Dr Kamal Omar one who forbids anything desirable, one who is transgressor, one who repeatedly indulges in sins |
