﴿كِتَٰبٌ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ فَلَا يَكُن فِي صَدۡرِكَ حَرَجٞ مِّنۡهُ لِتُنذِرَ بِهِۦ وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 2]
﴿كتاب أنـزل إليك فلا يكن في صدرك حرج منه لتنذر به وذكرى﴾ [الأعرَاف: 2]
Dr Kamal Omar Kitab is delivered to you, so there (must) not be in your chest a burden therewith. (It is done) so that you may give warnings (to people) thereby, and (it may function as) Zikrah unto the Believers |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar It is a Book that was caused to descend to thee. So let there be no impediment in thy breast about it so that thou wilt warn with it and as a reminder to the ones who believe |
Dr Munir Munshey (Oh Muhammad, SAW), this book is revealed to you, not to cause you any distress. Rather, with it you may warn (the unbelievers) and remind the believers |
