﴿أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِيلًا ﴾
[المُزمل: 4]
﴿أو زد عليه ورتل القرآن ترتيلا﴾ [المُزمل: 4]
| Dr Kamal Omar or increase (a little) over it (for adding it to the portion passed in Prayer), and reveal (recite and reproduce) Al-Quran in portions, slowly and distinctly, in a voice neither loud nor inaudible, with due regard to the arrangement and order (of its Text) |
