﴿فَإِمَّا تَثۡقَفَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡحَرۡبِ فَشَرِّدۡ بِهِم مَّنۡ خَلۡفَهُمۡ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُونَ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 57]
﴿فإما تثقفنهم في الحرب فشرد بهم من خلفهم لعلهم يذكرون﴾ [الأنفَال: 57]
| Dr Kamal Omar So if you interlock (yourself) with them in War — then by (routing) them strike terror in those that are behind them per chance they get admonition |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar So if thou hast come upon them in war, then, break them up, whoever is behind them, so that perhaps they will recollect |
