﴿لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ ﴾
[التوبَة: 10]
﴿لا يرقبون في مؤمن إلا ولا ذمة وأولئك هم المعتدون﴾ [التوبَة: 10]
| Dr Kamal Omar They pay no regard to the Believer for ties of kinship and nor (for) covenant. And they: they are the transgressors |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar They regard not towards one who believes either ties of relationship or a pact. And those, they are the ones who exceed the limits |
| Dr Munir Munshey In the case of the believers, they do not honor kinship ties, or the pact. Of course, it is they who are the offenders _ (the transgressors) |
| Edward Henry Palmer They will not observe in a believer ties of kindred nor ties of clientship; but they it is are the transgressors |
| Farook Malik They neither honor the ties of relationship nor observe the obligations of treaties with the believers; it is they who are the transgressors |
