﴿وَمَا تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۚ إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرٞ لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 104]
﴿وما تسألهم عليه من أجر إن هو إلا ذكر للعالمين﴾ [يُوسُف: 104]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And you do not ask them for a reward for this; it is nothing but a reminder for all mankind |
| Mohammad Shafi And you ask them not for any reward for this. It is nothing but that which all human beings need to constantly refer to for rightful decisions and actions in their respective worlds |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Thou askest them no fee for it. It is naught else than a reminder unto the peoples |
