﴿وَقَضَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَقۡطُوعٞ مُّصۡبِحِينَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 66]
﴿وقضينا إليه ذلك الأمر أن دابر هؤلاء مقطوع مصبحين﴾ [الحِجر: 66]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And We revealed to him this decree, that the roots of these shall be cut off in the morning |
| Mohammad Shafi And We declared to him this decree, that the roots of these (people left behind) shall be cut off by the morning |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And We made plain the case to him, that the root of them (who did wrong) was to be cut at early morn |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani We conveyed to him Our decision that they (the unbelievers) were to be totally uprooted when they would see the morning |
| Muhammad Asad And [through Our messengers] We revealed unto him this decree: "The last remnant of those [sinners] shall be wiped out" in the morn |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali And We decreed for him that Command, that the last trace of these was to be cut off in the (early) morning |
| Muhammad Sarwar We informed him that the unbelievers would be utterly destroyed |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani We conveyed to him Our decision that they (the unbelievers) were to be totally uprooted when they would see the morning |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition We revealed to him this decree: “Those ˹sinners˺ will be uprooted in the morning.” |
| Mustafa Khattab God Edition We revealed to him this decree: “Those ˹sinners˺ will be uprooted in the morning.” |
| N J Dawood Such was the command We gave him; those were to be obliterated next morning |
| Safi Kaskas And We revealed unto him the decree: "The very last of those [sinners] will be wiped out by the morning |
