﴿قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٞ وَقَدۡ خَلَقۡتُكَ مِن قَبۡلُ وَلَمۡ تَكُ شَيۡـٔٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 9]
﴿قال كذلك قال ربك هو علي هين وقد خلقتك من قبل ولم﴾ [مَريَم: 9]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir He said: So shall it be, your Lord says: It is easy to Me, and indeed I created you before, when you were nothing |
| Mohammad Shafi [The divine response was,] "So shall it be. Your Lord says, `It is not at all difficult for Me, and indeed I created you before, when you were nothing |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall He said: So (it will be). Thy Lord saith: It is easy for Me, even as I created thee before, when thou wast naught |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani He said, “So it is; your Lord said ‘it is easy for Me, and I did create you before, when you were nothing.’” |
| Muhammad Asad Answered [the angel]: "Thus. it is; [but] thy 'Sustainer says, `This is easy for Me -even as I have created thee aforetime out of nothing |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali He said, "Thus (it will be) your Lord has said. Simple is it for Me, and I already created you, earlier, and you were nothing |
| Muhammad Sarwar (The angel) said, "This is true, but your Lord says, 'For Me it is easy; I created you when you did not exist |
