﴿وَإِذۡ بَوَّأۡنَا لِإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ مَكَانَ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ أَن لَّا تُشۡرِكۡ بِي شَيۡـٔٗا وَطَهِّرۡ بَيۡتِيَ لِلطَّآئِفِينَ وَٱلۡقَآئِمِينَ وَٱلرُّكَّعِ ٱلسُّجُودِ ﴾
[الحج: 26]
﴿وإذ بوأنا لإبراهيم مكان البيت أن لا تشرك بي شيئا وطهر بيتي﴾ [الحج: 26]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And when We assigned to Ibrahim the place of the House, saying: Do not associate with Me aught, and purify My House for those who make the circuit and stand to pray and bow and prostrate themselves |
| Mohammad Shafi And when We assigned to Abraham the location of the House (at Makkah), Allah told him, "Worship not anyone but Me, and sanctify My House for those who take the rounds thereof and stand in prayer and bow and prostrate |
