﴿أَلَمۡ تَكُنۡ ءَايَٰتِي تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَكُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴾
[المؤمنُون: 105]
﴿ألم تكن آياتي تتلى عليكم فكنتم بها تكذبون﴾ [المؤمنُون: 105]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Were not My communications recited to you? But you used to reject them |
| Mohammad Shafi Were not My Verses/signs recited to you and you rejected them |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani (It will be said to such people), “Were My verses not used to be recited to you and you used to reject them?” |
| Muhammad Asad [And God will say:] “Were not My messages conveyed unto you, and were you [not] wont to give them the lie?” |
