﴿قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ ﴾
[النور: 30]
﴿قل للمؤمنين يغضوا من أبصارهم ويحفظوا فروجهم ذلك أزكى لهم إن الله﴾ [النور: 30]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Say to the believing men that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts; that is purer for them; surely Allah is Aware of what they do |
| Mohammad Shafi Say to the believing men that they cast their looks down and guard their chastity. That would be conducive to their moral purity. Allah is indeed aware of what they do |
