﴿قَالَ فَعَلۡتُهَآ إِذٗا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 20]
﴿قال فعلتها إذا وأنا من الضالين﴾ [الشعراء: 20]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir He said: I did it then while I was of those unable to see the right course |
| Mohammad Shafi Moses said, "I did it while I was among those who go astray |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall He said: I did it then, when I was of those who are astray |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani He said, “I did that at a time when I was mistaken |
| Muhammad Asad Replied [Moses]: “I committed it while I was still going astray |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali He (Musa) (Moses) said, "lo, I performed it and I was of the erring |
| Muhammad Sarwar Moses said, "I did do it and I made a mistake |
