﴿إِنَّمَا تَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡثَٰنٗا وَتَخۡلُقُونَ إِفۡكًاۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَمۡلِكُونَ لَكُمۡ رِزۡقٗا فَٱبۡتَغُواْ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرِّزۡقَ وَٱعۡبُدُوهُ وَٱشۡكُرُواْ لَهُۥٓۖ إِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 17]
﴿إنما تعبدون من دون الله أوثانا وتخلقون إفكا إن الذين تعبدون من﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 17]
Mohammad Habib Shakir You only worship idols besides Allah and you create a lie surely they whom you serve besides Allah do not control for you any sustenance, therefore seek the sustenance from Allah and serve Him and be grateful to Him; to Him you shall be brought back |
Mohammad Shafi You worship mere idols instead of Allah, and you create a falsehood. Indeed, those whom you worship instead of Allah can provide you with nothing! Seek the provision therefore with Allah, worship Him, and give Him thanks. To Him it is that you shall be returned |
