Quran with British translation - Surah Ya-Sin ayat 15 - يسٓ - Page - Juz 22
﴿قَالُواْ مَآ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ مِن شَيۡءٍ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا تَكۡذِبُونَ ﴾
[يسٓ: 15]
﴿قالوا ما أنتم إلا بشر مثلنا وما أنـزل الرحمن من شيء إن﴾ [يسٓ: 15]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir They said: You are naught but mortals like ourselves, nor has the Beneficent Allah revealed anything; you only lie |
| Mohammad Shafi They (the town-people) said, "You are none but mortals like us. And, the Gracious One has sent nothing! You are none but liars |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall They said: Ye are but mortals like unto us. The Beneficent hath naught revealed. Ye do but lie |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani They (the people of the Town) said, “You are no more than human beings like us, and the RaHmān (the All-Merciful Allah) has not sent down any thing. You are but telling a lie.” |
| Muhammad Asad [The others] answered: “You are nothing but mortal men like ourselves; moreover, the Most Gracious has never bestowed aught [of revelation] from on high. You do nothing but lie!” |
