﴿وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلٗا وَنَسِيَ خَلۡقَهُۥۖ قَالَ مَن يُحۡيِ ٱلۡعِظَٰمَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٞ ﴾
[يسٓ: 78]
﴿وضرب لنا مثلا ونسي خلقه قال من يحيي العظام وهي رميم﴾ [يسٓ: 78]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten |
| Mohammad Shafi And he (man) compares us to material things and forgets his own creation. He says, "Who will bring the bones to life, when they are rotten |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani He has set up an argument about Us and forgot his creation. He said, “Who will give life to the bones when they are decayed?” |
