﴿فَٱسۡتَخَفَّ قَوۡمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ ﴾
[الزُّخرُف: 54]
﴿فاستخف قومه فأطاعوه إنهم كانوا قوما فاسقين﴾ [الزُّخرُف: 54]
Mohammad Habib Shakir So he incited his people to levity and they obeyed him: surely they were a transgressing people |
Mohammad Shafi Thus did he [Pharaoh] trick his people into obeying him! They were indeed a people depraved |
