Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Ma’idah ayat 85 - المَائدة - Page - Juz 7
﴿فَأَثَٰبَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا قَالُواْ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 85]
﴿فأثابهم الله بما قالوا جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها وذلك﴾ [المَائدة: 85]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Therefore Allah rewarded them on account of what they said, with gardens in which rivers flow to abide in them; and this is the reward of those who do good (to others) |
| Mohammad Shafi Allah then would reward them, on account of what they say, gardens, with rivers flowing underneath, to abide therein. And this is the reward of those who do good deeds |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Allah hath rewarded them for that their saying - Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide for ever. That is the reward of the good |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani So, because of what they said, Allah has awarded them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will live forever. That is the reward of those who are good in their deeds |
