﴿وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلۡيَسَعَ وَيُونُسَ وَلُوطٗاۚ وَكُلّٗا فَضَّلۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 86]
﴿وإسماعيل واليسع ويونس ولوطا وكلا فضلنا على العالمين﴾ [الأنعَام: 86]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And Ismail and Al-Yasha and Yunus and Lut; and every one We made to excel (in) the worlds |
| Mohammad Shafi And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot, and to all of them We gave favours over the worlds |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot. Each one (of them) did We prefer above (Our) creatures |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani and Ismā‘īl and Yasa‘ and Yūnus and LūT, and all of them We made to excel over all the people of the world (in their respective times) |
| Muhammad Asad and [upon] Ishmael, and Elisha, and Jonah, and Lot. And every one of them did We favour above other people |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali And Ismail and Alyasaca and Yunus, and Lut; (Ishmael, Elisha, Jonah and Lot, respectively) and each one We graced over the worlds |
| Muhammad Sarwar and Ishmael, Elisha, Jonah, and Lot whom We exalted over all people |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani and Isma‘il and Yasa‘ and Yunus and LuT, and all of them We made to excel over all the people of the world (in their respective times) |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition ˹We also guided˺ Ishmael, Elisha, Jonah, and Lot, favouring each over other people ˹of their time˺ |
