Quran with British translation - Surah Al-A‘raf ayat 48 - الأعرَاف - Page - Juz 8
﴿وَنَادَىٰٓ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأَعۡرَافِ رِجَالٗا يَعۡرِفُونَهُم بِسِيمَىٰهُمۡ قَالُواْ مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنكُمۡ جَمۡعُكُمۡ وَمَا كُنتُمۡ تَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 48]
﴿ونادى أصحاب الأعراف رجالا يعرفونهم بسيماهم قالوا ما أغنى عنكم جمعكم وما﴾ [الأعرَاف: 48]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And the dwellers of the most elevated places shall call out to men whom they will recognize by their marks saying: Of no avail were to you your amassings and your behaving haughtily |
| Mohammad Shafi And the dwellers of the heights will call out to men whom they will recognise by their distinguishing features, "Of no avail were to you the wealth you amassed and the things you took pride in |
