﴿عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ﴾

to replace them with others better than them, and none can escape Our decree

﴿على أن نبدل خيرا منهم وما نحن بمسبوقين﴾ [المَعَارج: 41]
