Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Ma‘arij ayat 42 - المَعَارج - Page - Juz 29
﴿فَذَرۡهُمۡ يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلۡعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ ﴾
[المَعَارج: 42]
﴿فذرهم يخوضوا ويلعبوا حتى يلاقوا يومهم الذي يوعدون﴾ [المَعَارج: 42]
Mohammad Habib Shakir Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that day of theirs with which they are threatened |
Mohammad Shafi Leave them then to their vain talk and to their amusements, till they meet with the Day promised to them — |
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall So let them chat and play until they meet their Day which they are promised |
