Quran with English translation - Surah Ar-Ra‘d ayat 22 - الرَّعد - Page - Juz 13
﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ صَبَرُواْ ٱبۡتِغَآءَ وَجۡهِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَأَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأَنفَقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ سِرّٗا وَعَلَانِيَةٗ وَيَدۡرَءُونَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ ٱلسَّيِّئَةَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ عُقۡبَى ٱلدَّارِ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 22]
﴿والذين صبروا ابتغاء وجه ربهم وأقاموا الصلاة وأنفقوا مما رزقناهم سرا وعلانية﴾ [الرَّعد: 22]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Those who patiently persevere, seeking the Countenance of their Lord, establish prayer, give out of the gifts We have bestowed for their sustenance secretly and openly, and repel evil with good, for such there is the final attainment of the Home |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad and those who persevered looking for their Master’s attention (and His pleasure) and performed the mandatory prayer and they spent from what We provided them secretly and openly and they drive back the badness with the goodness, for them is the final home |
| Ali Quli Qarai —those who are patient for the sake of their Lord’s pleasure, maintain the prayer, and spend secretly and openly out of what We have provided them, and repel evil [conduct] with good. For such will be the reward of the [ultimate] abode |
| Ali Unal And those who endure patiently (all adversities they face in God’s cause) in pursuit of where God’s good, eternal pleasure lies, and they establish the Prayer in conformity with its conditions, and spend of whatever We provide for them secretly and openly, and repel the evil with good. Such are those for whom there is the ultimate (everlasting) abode |
| Hamid S Aziz And those who patiently persevere, craving their Lord´s Countenance, and are steadfast in prayer, and spend, secretly and openly, in charity from what We have bestowed upon them, and overcome evil with good - these shall have the sequel of the final |
| John Medows Rodwell And who, from desire to see the face of their Lord, are constant amid trials, and observe prayer and give alms, in secret and openly, out of what we have bestowed upon them, and turn aside evil by good: for these is the recompense of that abode |
| Literal And those who were patient desiring their Lord`s direction/face , and kept up the prayers, and they spent from what We provided for them secretly and openly/publicly , and they drive away/repel the sin/crime with the good/goodness, those, for them (are) the home`s/house`s end/turn (result) |
| Mir Anees Original and those who are patient seeking the Attention of their Fosterer and establish worship (salat) and spend from that which We have provided them, secretly and publicly and turn off evil with good. For such persons there will be the final (good) home |
