﴿مُهۡطِعِينَ مُقۡنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمۡ لَا يَرۡتَدُّ إِلَيۡهِمۡ طَرۡفُهُمۡۖ وَأَفۡـِٔدَتُهُمۡ هَوَآءٞ ﴾
[إبراهِيم: 43]
﴿مهطعين مقنعي رءوسهم لا يرتد إليهم طرفهم وأفئدتهم هواء﴾ [إبراهِيم: 43]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al They run forward with necks outstretched, their heads uplifted, their gaze returning not towards them, and in their hearts, a void |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Rushing forward with their heads raised up, their eyes do not blink, and their hearts are empty |
Ali Quli Qarai Scrambling with their heads upturned, there will be a fixed gaze in their eyes, and their hearts will be vacant |
Ali Unal Hurrying on in fear with necks outstretched and heads upraised, and their eyes are fixed on a point from which they are unable to look away, and their hearts are void (as if filled with air) |
Hamid S Aziz Running on, necks outstretched, heads uplifted, their gaze returned to them, and their heart void |
John Medows Rodwell They hasten forward in fear; their heads upraised in supplication; their looks riveted; and their hearts a blank. Warn men therefore of the day when the punishment shall overtake them |
