﴿مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓاْ إِذٗا مُّنظَرِينَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 8]
﴿ما ننـزل الملائكة إلا بالحق وما كانوا إذا منظرين﴾ [الحِجر: 8]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al We do not send the angels down except for just cause. If they had come, behold, no respite would those people have |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad We do not send down the angels unless with the truth and then they are not given any delay |
| Ali Quli Qarai We do not send down the angels except with due reason, and then they will not be granted any respite |
| Ali Unal We do not send down the angels save with the truth (for a just reason and with wisdom, not to satisfy vain caprice or curiosity, and once the angels are sent down, the matter is decided, and) then they are allowed no (further) respite |
| Hamid S Aziz We sent not down the angels save as a Fact (for a just or right cause, effect or reason); but then (if We did) they would have no respite |
