﴿قَالَتۡ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِي غُلَٰمٞ وَلَمۡ يَمۡسَسۡنِي بَشَرٞ وَلَمۡ أَكُ بَغِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 20]
﴿قالت أنى يكون لي غلام ولم يمسسني بشر ولم أك بغيا﴾ [مَريَم: 20]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al She said, “How will I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad She said: how can I have a son while no man has ever touched me, and I was not unchaste |
| Ali Quli Qarai She said, ‘How shall I have a child seeing that no human being has ever touched me, nor have I been unchaste?’ |
| Ali Unal She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing no mortal has ever touched me, and I have never been unchaste |
| Hamid S Aziz Said she, "How can I have a boy when no mortal has touched me, and when I am no harlot |
| John Medows Rodwell She said: "How shall I have a son, when man hath never touched me? and I am not unchaste |
| Literal She said: "How/from where (there) be for me a boy and (a) human has not touched me, and I was not afornicatress/adulteress/prostitute |
| Mir Anees Original She said, "How can there be a son to me when man has not touched me and I am not one who has exceeded the limits |
