Quran with English translation - Surah Maryam ayat 46 - مَريَم - Page - Juz 16
﴿قَالَ أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنۡ ءَالِهَتِي يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُۖ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ لَأَرۡجُمَنَّكَۖ وَٱهۡجُرۡنِي مَلِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 46]
﴿قال أراغب أنت عن آلهتي ياإبراهيم لئن لم تنته لأرجمنك واهجرني مليا﴾ [مَريَم: 46]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He replied, “Do you hate my gods, O Abraham? If you do not cease, I will indeed stone you. So get away from me now.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He said: Abraham, do you hate my gods? If you do not stop, I shall stone you, and get away from me for a long while |
| Ali Quli Qarai He said, ‘Abraham! Are you renouncing my gods? If you do not desist, I will stone you. Get away from me for a long while.’ |
| Ali Unal His father said: "Have you turned away from my deities, O Abraham? If you do not desist, I will surely cause you to be stoned! Now get away from me for a long while |
| Hamid S Aziz Said he, "What! Do you reject (or hate) my gods, O Abraham? Verily, if you do not desist I will certainly stone you; but get you gone from me for a long time |
| John Medows Rodwell He said, "Castest thou off my gods, O Abraham? If thou forbear not, I will surely stone thee. Begone from me for a length of time |
| Literal He said: "Are you shunning/turning away from my gods, you Abraham? If (E) you do not end/terminate/stop, I will stone you, and leave/distance me a long/life time |
| Mir Anees Original He said, "Do you forsake my gods O Ibrahim. If you do not desist I will definitely stone you, now go away from me for a long time |
| Mir Aneesuddin He said, "Do you forsake my gods O Abraham. If you do not desist I will definitely stone you, now go away from me for a long time |
