Quran with English translation - Surah Maryam ayat 45 - مَريَم - Page - Juz 16
﴿يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يَمَسَّكَ عَذَابٞ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ فَتَكُونَ لِلشَّيۡطَٰنِ وَلِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 45]
﴿ياأبت إني أخاف أن يمسك عذاب من الرحمن فتكون للشيطان وليا﴾ [مَريَم: 45]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “O my father, I fear lest a penalty afflict you from God, the Merciful Benefactor, and that you will become a friend to Satan.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad My father, I am afraid that a punishment from the beneficent touches you, so you will be a friend of Satan |
| Ali Quli Qarai Father! I am indeed afraid that a punishment from the All-beneficent will befall you, and you will become Satan’s accomplice.’ |
| Ali Unal O my father! I am fearful lest a punishment from the All-Merciful befall you, and then you will become a close friend of Satan (and an instrument in his hand) |
| Hamid S Aziz O my Sire! Verily, I fear that there may afflict you punishment from the Beneficent One, and that you may be a comrade (or client) of Satan |
| John Medows Rodwell O my Father! indeed I fear lest a chastisement from the God of Mercy light upon thee, and thou become Satan's vassal |
| Literal You my father, that I fear that torture touches you from the merciful, so you be to the devil an ally/follower |
| Mir Anees Original O my father ! I fear that a punishment from the Beneficent (Allah) may afflict you, then you will become a friend of the devil |
| Mir Aneesuddin O my father ! I fear that a punishment from the Beneficent (God) may afflict you, then you will become a friend of the devil |
