Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Anbiya’ ayat 22 - الأنبيَاء - Page - Juz 17
﴿لَوۡ كَانَ فِيهِمَآ ءَالِهَةٌ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَاۚ فَسُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 22]
﴿لو كان فيهما آلهة إلا الله لفسدتا فسبحان الله رب العرش عما﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 22]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al If there were in the heavens and the earth other gods besides God, there would have been confusion in both. But glory be to God, the Lord of the throne. High is He above what they attribute to Him |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad If there were gods in them (the skies and the earth) other than God, they would certainly corrupt them both. Glory to God, Master of the throne, (He is flawless) of what they describe |
Ali Quli Qarai Had there been any gods in them other than Allah, they would surely have fallen apart. Clear is Allah, the Lord of the Throne, of what they allege [concerning Him] |
Ali Unal But the fact is that had there been in the heavens and the earth any deities other than God, both (of those realms) would certainly have fallen into ruin. All-Glorified God is, the Lord of the Supreme Throne, in that He is absolutely above all that they attribute to Him |
