﴿قُلۡ مَن يَكۡلَؤُكُم بِٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ مِنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ رَبِّهِم مُّعۡرِضُونَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 42]
﴿قل من يكلؤكم بالليل والنهار من الرحمن بل هم عن ذكر ربهم﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 42]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “Who can keep you safe by night and by day from God, the Merciful Benefactor?” Yet they turn away from the mention of their Guardian Evolver |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: who protects you in the night and the day from the beneficent? Yet they turn away from remembering their Master |
Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘Who can guard you, day and night, against [the punishment of] the All-beneficent [should He want to punish you]?’ Indeed, they are disregardful of their Lord’s remembrance |
Ali Unal Say: "Who could protect you by night and day from the All-Merciful, if He wills to punish you?" And yet, they turn away from the Book of their Lord in aversion |
Hamid S Aziz Say, "Who guards you by night and by day from the Beneficent?" Nay, but they turn away from the mention of their Lord |
John Medows Rodwell SAY: Who shall protect you by night and by day from the God of Mercy? Yet turn they away from the warning of their Lord |
Literal Say: "Who guards/protects you by the night and the daytime from the merciful? But they are from mentioning/remembering their Lord objecting/opposing |
Mir Anees Original Say, "Who can guard you from the Beneficent (Allah) in the night and the day?" No! they are the persons who turn away from the remembrance of their Fosterer |
